We currently service every major retailer in the USA including Wal-Mart, Family Dollar, Dollar General, CVS, Rite Aid, Walgreens, and many more. Our extensive operation starts 20 years ago as a very small private company and has grown into a multinational company serving customers from around the world.
We have 3 levels of service to meet your needs.
The first is for customers who want to move their production or components from the USA or another country to China to lower the cost of their products. These OEM customers require high quality, fair prices and understand that good factories that deliver on time are more important than getting the very lowest price.
The second level of service is for customers who are looking to us to develop and design unique products. we work with retailers from around the world and develop products that are sold as direct import programs from China. These retailers require unique designs that are not "china based' Our American design team can create any look or feel that a customer desires. Our in-house product development team works hand in hand with larger retailers to insure that they get the products that they want on time and packed with PDQ displays and the correct color display. We have the ability to design displays for any price range and quality level.
The third level of service is for customers who are looking for the very lowest price. These customers are just looking for a buying agent to service them, and keep a pair of eyes and ears on the factory during production. Our well trained staff will escort you on buying trips, QC your products to the level required and report to you on the results. For a nominal commission, you have a staff on the ground in China that protects your interest and reports back to you. With this style of relationship, the factory still works directly with the customer and we are simply an agent to watch and report.
